Safety

The mission of Integrity Construction Management is to create a safe, injury-free workplace by creating a company culture based on a foundation of the “safety first” mindset. With this being our bedrock, we continue to encourage all employees to apply the knowledge, experience, and expertise to implement safe practices through our organization and encourage all employees to “speak out” when seeing anything that can cause danger to human life and equipment. 

Our main motivation is the safety of our employees and the contractors we are responsible for because they are the most valued and important commodity we have. Although every employee is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, our collaborative approach will increase our ability to ensure safety on all our worksites. 

This collaborative approach consists of several different strategies, such as training our entire workforce in OSHA 30 certification, continued safety education, and site inspections by our Field Operations Supervisors
